Job Description

Technical CRM Consultant (Salesforce) Pioneering technology company that specialises in building innovative cloud products for the public sector is seeking a proactive, ambitious individual to join their dynamic team.

As a Technical CRM Consultant you'll work across multiple concurrent projects, contributing to the deliverables of projects for process and functional design, technical architecture, design, development and testing.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for self-development and customer-centric mindset, as you'll work directly with clients to solve business and technology problems, supporting them to fulfil their business objectives, translating requirements to technical stories, recommending improvements and enhancements wherever possible and translating this into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Prior Salesforce experience is highly advantageous in this role, however a commitment to self-development and willingness to learn and enhance your skillset is a priority. Not only could you make an impact within your role, you could make a positive impact on the wider public sector.

*Please note: this company is able to offer a fully remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home during the current social distancing measures. Post-Covid you'll split your time between the Cambridge office and nationwide UK sites with some continued flexibility.*

Requirements:
*You either have: commercial experience working on the Salesforce platform (with knowledge of system administrator functionality and Lightning) or you have a strong understanding of CRM systems and are willing to cross-train onto Salesforce
*You have experience with the delivery of technical projects
*You have a professional client-facing character and excellent stakeholder management skills (experience specific to the public sector is advantageous)
*You are a proactive team player who excels when working collaboratively
*Desirable: project management experience, experience managing cross project dependencies, public sector experience
