Technical Client Support Manager (SQL) *Remote Interview WfH*. Are you tech savvy and customer focussed? You could be progressing your career and making a real impact at a technology driven FinTech.
As a Technical Client Support Manager you will focus on client relationships, ensuring that the client gets the maximum benefit from the product and that the partnership exceeds expectations. You'll own and develop the delivery relationship with stakeholders across on-premise and SaaS clients, acting as the customer's primary escalation point for any issues they face. You will work consultatively with clients to understand their objectives, drive user engagement and provide product expertise; collaborating with the business and technology teams to feedback.
The company are currently working fully remotely and intend to do so for the foreseeable, when you do return to the office / client sites they'll be flexibility to work at home part of the week.
*You have experience in a client facing customer focussed role and are skilled at building close working relationships
*You have a strong knowledge of SQL including query writing, building complex spreadsheets and transforming / visualising data
*You have advanced analytical and problem solving skills
*You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
