Job Description

Technical Consultant / Customer Success Manager (Implementation C C++) Exceptional opportunity for an accomplished Technical Consultant has opened at a pioneering deep-tech start-up that is changing the way people develop software.

They're seeking a results-oriented individual to join them in a high-visibility, high-impact role where you'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust technical relationships across major enterprise accounts, driving customer satisfaction and long-term retention through successful product use.

You'll directly support customers through the technical deployment phase all the way to quarterly reviews and annual renewals, taking ownership of the framing, scoping, planning, execution and ultimate success of the technical deployment/ value/ realisation and training projects to optimise customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-driven self-starter to support global clients to use breakthrough technology. You'll be working with a variety of technical teams, so technical acumen and knowledge (potentially ex-developer) is essential.

*Please note: this company is able to offer a remote interview and onboarding process during the current social distancing measures. You'll join colleagues in Cambridge-based offices with some flexible work opportunities. You'll travel to client sites (mainly located in West Coast USA) up to 3 times, annually*

*You have commercial experience in a customer-facing role, in a relevant field like sales engineering, sales support, professional services, field engineering, customer success or customer support
*You have an understanding of software development practices and can engage in technical questions with developers and engineers (e.g. you may be an ex-developer transitioning to a more commercial role)
*You are a confident, self-assured communicator who can form robust working relationships at any level of business
*C/ C++ experience (not necessarily hands-on coding) and CRM software experience is beneficial

As a Technical Consultant / Customer Success Manager you'll earn a highly competitive salary (to £60k) plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
