Job Description

Technical Consultant / Product Specialist (Pre / Post Sales Salesforce AWS) *UK Remote WFH*. Would you like to work with a range of technologies and make an impact at a SaaS FinTech?
Their capital market tools are used by Investment Banks and independent research providers to automate and analyse client service and research consumption, presenting a complete overview of the client relationship made available via the Cloud.

As a Technical Consultant you will gain an indepth knowledge of the product and work in both a pre-sales and post-sales capacity. You'll represent the product to prospective customers' IT and information security teams; answering questions on topics ranging from how the platforms are deployed to providing a robust and resilient solution and data processing policies. You'll partner with the Client Success team to ensure the product can be configured in a way that will meet the customer's needs. In post-sales situations you'll be a point of continuity from pre- to post-sales and support the implementation project team in delivering the product as sold.

In this Technical Consultant role you'll be hands-on working with the product on a daily basis; the product is primarily based on the Salesforce Lightning platform with a number of specialist services built on and AWS serverless services (e.g. API Gateway, Lambda and DynamoDB).

You'll be self-managing, reporting to the CTO and partnering closely with Customer Success teams. You're able to work from home for the majority of the time with the caveat that you'll need to attend meetings in London once or twice a month.

*You have a software development background; ideally with Salesforce development experience
*You have experience in a similar Technical Consultant / Product Specialist role
*You're familiar with Capital Markets Client Management, Research Distribution and Event Management systems
*You have a good technical understanding of web-based systems and related technologies (browser-based applications, mobile applications, API integrations, file-based data processing, large-scale email distribution, etc.)
*You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are collaborative and comfortable liaising with clients at all levels

As a Technical Consultant / Product Specialist you will earn a competitive salary (to £100k) plus benefits.
