Job Description
As a Technical Data Analyst you will take ownership of internal software production data analysis; you'll partner with stakeholders to define their requirements and then build the tools to extract the data required and present it a digestible format. You'll create predictive models around estimations, valuations and other performance criteria, working with data coming from the Amazon Redshift Data Warehouse to analyse and report on inter-dependencies between agile delivery projects. You will create dashboards and alerts to identify bottlenecks and software to automate the presentation of delivery performance data via tools such as SharePoint, Intranet and Monday.com.
In this Technical Data Analyst role you'll be collaborating with senior stakeholders and proactively analysing data to answer the queries, developing statistical models to gain insights into trends and patterns.
Driven by technology this company can offer a remote interview / onboarding process and work from home during the current social distancing measures with a gradual return planned in the new year; thereafter you'll be based in awesome offices in Central London with a wide range of facilities and some flexibility to work from home for part of the week.
Requirements:
*Strong data engineering / analysis experience
*Strong Python coding ability
*Good knowledge of SQL and BI tools such as Tableau
*Experience of building big data models, scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis
*Strong analysis and problem solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, collaborative
