Technical Product Manager (Derivatives Trading Systems) *Remote Process* Are you a financial trading systems expert with a business mindset? Would you like an opportunity to make an impact in a world class, FTSE 250 trading firm?

In this Technical Product Manager role you'll partner with accomplished technical teams, Business Analysts and senior stakeholders to take ownership of development and planning of market making and pricing solutions to reduce latency and increase P&L.
You'll call upon your industry experience of trader behaviours and activities, working closely with stakeholders to cultivate a roadmap and contribute priority decisions. From gathering requirements, writing user stories to Sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives, this is a high-visibility role where you'll make an impact from the start.
This Technical Product Manager role would suit someone able to construct a 'bigger picture' view of development without compromising smaller details. Through an analysis of product feedback, you'll bridge the gaps between development and business objectives to find solutions, monitor key metrics and optimise innovation.

*You're an experienced Technical Product Manager and can demonstrate in detail successful products you have worked on, what they have achieved and their commercial impact
*You have a thorough understanding of trading and Front Office trading concepts and experience of working on complex Derivatives
*You have experience of working in an Agile development environment
*You have strong analysis and problem solving skills and can clearly communicate and suggests solutions for ambiguous and complex problems, based on research and experience
*You have advanced communication and documentation skills including effective and influential stakeholder management
