Job Description

Technical Product Manager (IAM Security Authorisation) *Remote Interview WfH*. Are you a highly technical Product Manager with a software engineering background?

You could be progressing your career in a senior role where you can shape the future direction of IAM solutions at a fast growing FinTech that is helping to revolutionise consumer banking; bringing digital improvements to High Street banks to help them compete with the challenge from online rivals and enable better services for customers.

As a Technical Product Manager you will take ownership of business critical Identity and Access Management solutions; you'll be responsible for investigating, assessing, selecting and delivering the best solution, whether that be via a third party or developed in-house to enable capability that is scalable and performant, easy to deploy and resilient.

You'll partner with key stakeholders including Software Development Managers, Principal Engineers, Release Managers and other Product Managers, providing subject matter expertise in the area of IAM and split your time between project and team management and longer term strategic planning of the IAM roadmap.

There's currently a fully remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home fulltime for the foreseeable; when possible you'll join colleagues in the London office for 1-2 days a week.

*You have an advanced knowledge of IAM with proven experience of Cloud Native, Digital Identity and Access Management systems e.g. ForgeRock, Auth0, OneLogin
*You have experience in a Technical Product or Project Manager position
*You have a software engineering / architecture background (the core platform is built on Java, AWS, microservices)
*You have experience of working with Agile software engineering teams
*You have a good understanding of the IAM vendor landscape and a good subject matter knowledge re. regulations, trends and customer authentication
*You're a collaborative and pragmatic communicator used to working with engineers and business stakeholders
