Job Description

Technical Support Analyst (API FIX JSON) *Remote Interview WfH Contract*. Global Investment Management firm is seeking a Technical Support Analyst with a deep knowledge of financial API technology.

You'll provide API development support for customers (e.g. software developers), internal teams or partner exchanges integrating with the companies APIs for a range of global trading services, remove barriers to entry and provide access to SMEs to help them develop and certify the interfaces to the companies' standards.

The company can currently offer a remote interview and onboarding process as well as work from home; in time you will join colleagues in the London, City office with continued flexibility. Please note this is a 12 month contract.

Requirements:
*You have experience of supporting customer conformance testing
*You have experience with financial industry technology e.g. central limit order books, post trading processing protocols FIX / FIX ML as well as JSON Protocol, Web Services, Python / Unix scripting, basic Networking skills, SQL, Linux OS, XML, HTML, Toad, Jira
*You're collaborative and pragmatic with great communication skills, happy to work with clients and provide excellent customer service
