Job Description

Technical Support Analyst (SQL Linux 2nd Line SLA CRM). A key player in renewable energy trading is seeking a keen problem-solver who is ready to get stuck in in detail to support their new phase of growth.

As a Technical Support Analyst, you will work within the Service Delivery area, taking ownership of issues received from clients and third parties, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner and meet agreed SLAs. You will be responsible for monitoring the portfolio of company assets and services and escalate any issues where necessary.

This would suit someone with a naturally analytical mind set who is willing take the lead on technical issues from diagnosis to resolution. In this Technical Support Analyst position you will also gain exposure to working with data, looking for patterns manipulating spreadsheets and querying databases.

Requirements:

*You have experience as an Technical Support Analyst / Engineer
*You are familiar with Excel and carrying out SQL queries (ideally you've done some basic programming and have used the Linux command line and / or some VBA)
*You're a self-assured communicator, able to confidently relay technical information to technical and non-technical audiences
*You're positive; eager to learn and understand new technologies
