Job Description
As a Technical Support Analyst you'll apply your technical and analytical skillset to resolve external customer and internal system issues. On a day to day basis you will be working with a team of 2 others to provide 2nd line support; diagnosing customer and internal issues, following documented steps to resolve issues, escalating to the engineering teams where necessary and creating documentation to assist with future issues.
The company offices are based in Milan however, you can work remotely from anywhere within Italy.
Requirements:
*Previous experience within a Technical Support role with strong SQL skills
*Experience with relational databases and issue tracking tools such as Jira
*Strong problem solving and analytical skills
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
*Fluent in English (Italian desirable)
*Desirable: API experience
