Job Description
The company is scaling out and expect to see a sharp increase in support queries therefore, a talented Technical Support Analyst is required to assist with the workload. You'll be handling 2nd line customer support queries which have been escalated from the 1st Line Support Team and will work closely with the Support Team Lead to identify and report incidents and manage known problems.
You will only be required to go into the Leeds based office 1 day a week for this position. If you prefer working in the office, you can be based in Leeds 5 days a week.
Requirements:
*Previous experience within 2nd Line Support Analyst roles
*Good SQL Server skills
*Experience supporting a SaaS application previously
*Strong problem solving and analytical skills
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
