Job Description
As a Technical Support Analyst you will be working in a flat structure with other software professionals as well as front office trading staff. Requirements:
*Experience in a similar Support Analyst position, with a good knowledge of trading process, back-office systems, front-end clearing systems, order entry and policies and procedures for various exchanges
*Must have Python and shell scripting skills, familiarity with C++ a bonus
*Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking in a Linux / UNIX environment
*Good knowledge of FIX protocol
*Familiarity with DevOps , CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Ansible and git
*Experience of supporting proprietary developed applications
*Confident communicator
*Degree educated - Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent
