Job Description
As a Technical Support Analyst you'll act as the 1st line of support for the company's clients. You'll dealing with a range of technical problems ranging from product demos and system support through to login support and software layout changes. This is a great opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual who is keen to advance their skillset within the cyber security space.
The company is based in London however you'll only be expect to go into the offer 2 - 3 days per month.
Requirements:
*Commercial experience as a Technical Support Analyst or degree educated in Computer science or similar
*Familiar with Windows and Mac environments
*Networking experience
*Strong problem solving skills
*Keen to learn new skills and progress
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
