Job Description
As a Technical Support Analyst you'll be supporting the quantitative research team (around 100 users); engaging with users, working through raised tickets and handling support calls and emails. You'll provide general administration and support for Active Directory, DNS and Microsoft Exchange and help lead various support projects.
The company is based in London however, you'll be able to work from home 2 - 3 days a week.
Requirements:
*Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst or similar
*Good Windows desktop support experience
*Experience with Active Directory, DNS and Exchange
*PowerShell scripting experience
*Strong customer service skills and able to deal with high pressure
*Degree educated in Computer Science or similar
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
