Technical Support Coordinator (Excel ITIL Microsoft Windows) Are you a process-driven Technical Support Coordinator with Excel expertise?

Would you like an opportunity to support the smooth technical operation for an industry-leading technology company, in an all-round position where you'll gain exposure to the support operation business-wide?

Key partner to the pharmaceutical industries is seeking a capable Technical Support Coordinator with a broad range of skills to provide administrative support for their Application Support Team.

You'll work closely with key individuals across the support division of the business including the Head of Application Support and the Head of IT, to identify, recommend, develop, implement support procedures, providing administrative support where appropriate.

You'll participate in initiatives and projects designed to optimise processes and enhance communications, with your responsibilities spanning internal and external first line support to customers. This role encompasses Excel-based work, so any applying candidates must be highly proficient in Excel.

Requirements:
*You have experience in a similar IT support role and have an understanding of technical terms and concepts such as databases and basic system architecture (do not necessarily have to have technical hands-on experience)
*
*You are an Excel expert, which is demonstrated in previous roles
*You're well versed in MS Windows including all of the MS Office suite
*You have meticulous attention to detail and can accurately document processes, procedures and reports
*You have an excellent customer-facing character and clear, concise communication skills
*You're naturally analytical and take a highly methodical, organised approach to your work
