Technical Support Engineer / Service Desk Engineer (API AWS Windows ITIL). Are you an independent self-starter, looking for an opportunity to take ownership of your work in a company with global reach? Technology-driven marketing and analytics company is seeking a proactive Technical Support Engineer to act as the main point of contact in the UK for their global operation.

As a Technical Support Engineer you'll take ownership of time critical tasks with a focus on increasing proactivity and responsiveness. You'll engage with customers through validating their technical support issues, partnering with colleagues to manage incidents and escalate issues where appropriate. You'll contribute to the wider customer support team's success, encouraging a culture of ownership, proactive communication and knowledge sharing that you too will benefit from.

In this Technical Support Engineer position you'll offer 3rd tier technical support in a Windows environment, following ITIL practices to align the IT service with the business objectives. The ideal candidate would be a positive self-starter, able to confidently manage diverse technical difficulties customers may present.

*You have demonstrable experience as a Service Desk / Technical Support Engineer
*You have strong experience working in a Windows environment
*You have a technical background and knowledge of AWS / APIs
*You have experience in enterprise software product support (B2B company preferred)
*You're confident in managing competing demands from internal / external stakeholders
*Experience working in a SaaS company is highly beneficial
*You're comfortable working independently and have a professional, structured approach to support work

As a Technical Support Engineer you'll earn a highly competitive salary (to £40k).
