Job Description

Technical Support Engineer (Microsoft Office 365 Cloud Cisco) Are you an ambitious Technical Support Engineer looking for an opportunity to accelerate your career in a market-leading ISP company?

From completing an entire migration to building connectivity from scratch, the company brings together technical expertise and quality technology to provide clients with a bespoke, dependable service.

They are seeking a tech-driven Support Engineer who has a strong track record of delivering technical solutions for clients. If you have a positive, proactive attitude and enjoy solving technical problems and providing critical business support to clients, you will excel in this role.

As a Technical Support Engineer you'll have a range of 1st and 2nd line report responsibilities, supporting the delivery of customer projects, which cover those requiring Microsoft Cloud Services, data centre hosting and server infrastructure, alongside our own business grade connectivity.

The ideal candidate will have a professional client-facing character, who excels when working as part of a collaborative team. The role will involve Cloud-based technologies, Cisco-based troubleshooting in an environment with plenty of networking and ISP tasks, so experience of any of these is advantageous.

*Please note: if successful in this role you will be required to attend the office to complete your training. Once you have completed this and passed your probation, you'll have some flexible work opportunities, alongside visits to the company's data centres and client sites.

*You have some practical experience with some of the following technologies: Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Exchange Server, IP Telephony
*You have commercial experience in a Technical Support/ Helpdesk role
*You're a team player who can form robust working relationships with technical colleagues
*You have excellent communication skills and a strong client-facing character
*Cisco/ IP interest or experience is an advantage
