Job Description
As a Technical Support Engineer you will support clients, mainly SMEs across a range of services including Microsoft Cloud Services, data centre hosting and server infrastructure. You'll be collaboratively problem solving within a small team and will be supported to reach your full potential via mentoring and training plans.
The company can offer a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home; you'll join the team in an office by the coast in Hastings for initial training and then have the flexibility to work from home part of the week if desired.
Requirements:
*You have commercial experience in a similar IT / technical support role
*You're a great communicator and able to form strong working relationships - both internally and with clients to provide excellent customer service
*You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and a good understanding of telephony and broadband technologies
*You're familiar with cloud based environments
*Knowledge of any of the following would be an advantage but not necessary as you can pick them up on the job: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Hyper-V, VMWare, Windows Server 2016/2019, Exchange Server and Cloud PBX or IP Telephony
