Job Description
Trade Support Engineer (FIX Client Onboarding) *Hybrid WfH*. Do you have a good knowledge of FIX protocol and trading systems? You could be progressing your career at a global FinTech.
As a Trade Support Engineer you will focus on onboarding clients to the company's multilateral trading facility ensuring conformance testing is completed. You'll be an instrumental part of a small team, taking project ownership and providing expertise with FIX protocol.

There's a remote interview, following that you'll be based in the Frankfurt office for 2-3 days a week with the ability to work from home the rest of the week if desired. Please note there is a 24/5 shift pattern and occasional visits to clients across Europe (all expenses paid).
Requirements:
*You have a strong knowledge of FIX protocol with trading systems support experience
*You have experience with onboarding clients and have an understanding of trading (any asset class)
*You have great collaboration and communication skills: English and basic German; ideally also some French (although this is not necessary)
As a Trade Support Engineer you will earn a competitive salary (to €60k) plus bonus and 10% flexible benefits package.
