As a UI/UX Designer you will be the first designer to join the team and will have sole ownership for all aspects of the design process, creating amazing user experiences and brand-led visuals to support ambitious company growth. You'll collaborate with a cross functional team on new and existing products taking a user centric approach including joining research sessions to validate assumptions and ensure design meets user needs and expectations.

*You have experience as a UI/UX Designer / Product Designer in a small / start-up business or product led company
*You're creative and have an excellent eye for brand-led visual design; have experience with a range of tools - they currently use Figma and the Adobe suite but you'll be able to recommend and introduce new technologies
*You have a user centric mindset putting the customer at the heart of your designs, comfortable with user research and prototyping
*You're collaborative and pragmatic, enjoy interaction and working with cross functional teams
