Job Description

UX Designer (Website Design Desktop Mobile) *Remote*. Looking for an impactful UX Designer role where you will be able to have full ownership and the ability to make the role your own? You could be the first dedicated UX person within a successful software house that offers fully remote working.

Market leading technology company that delivers software solutions to hundreds of millions of users worldwide is seeking a UX Designer to join their talented and supportive team. You will be the first person to solely focus on UX design within the company and therefore you'll have the freedom to shape the role as you see best utilising your skillset and previous experiences within UX. The role will involve researching client requirements and translating these into positive and meaningful user experiences. Day to day you will be communicating with them in depth to fully understand what is good and bad with what they currently have, their new requirements and how to make improvements.

The company is based in Cambridge however, you can work fully remotely as long as you are able to commute on a monthly basis for meetings and socials.

Requirements:
*Experience as a UX Designer and comfortable working across web, mobile and desktop UX
*Must be a self-starter and have the confidence to make the role your own
*Ability to communicate well with clients and fully understand their requirements
*A good eye for detail and design
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills

As a UX Designer you can expect to earn a competitive salary (up to £55k) plus benefits.
