Visual Designer (6 month FTC Web JavaScript HTML CSS). Pioneering international software company is seeking a skilled Visual Designer with an eye for sleek, aesthetic design for a 6 month fixed term contract.
You could collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams of ingenious visual and user experience designers, front and back developers and web engineers to produce work that will be potentially seen by millions of people.

As a Visual Designer you'll have plenty of opportunities to take ownership of hands-on technical design, working closely with front end developers to refine and test prototypes; you'll play a critical role in shaping the development and progression of a key product as it grows.
With a focus on real content and information, you'll work to develop solutions to key user problems, partnering with key stakeholders business-wide to take products from content to launch. You'll work independently and collaboratively in an Agile, iterative way to gain an in depth understanding of the products you're creating, with the chance to refine your skills in workshops, sketching and brainstorming sessions alongside week-long working sprints.
Requirements:
*You have a strong ability to create first-rate designs that work across a variety of media and platforms
*You're proficient in Vanilla JavaScript and are familiar with front end frameworks, HTML and CSS
*You're keen to get stuck into every aspect of the design process, from an initial sketch to delivery
*You approach problem-solving in a creative yet logical way
*You're a positive team player who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a cross-disciplinary team
