AI ML Engineer London / WFH to £75k

As an AI ML Engineer you'll work at the intersection of research, engineering and applied innovation, transforming ideas into intelligent systems and prototypes. You'll design, develop and deploy AI and ML solutions, from foundational model experimentation through to production grade PoCs / prototypes, operating across the full stack including data pipelines, model training, API development and intuitive user interfaces.

You'll collaborate closely with the Head of Innovation and a team of experienced engineers, researchers and product leaders whilst enjoying the freedom to work with autonomy and introduce new tools to bring ambitious ideas to life.

Location / WFH:

There's a hybrid work from home policy, with 1-2 days a week in the London office.

About you:

• You're a naturally curious technologist, you enjoy experimenting with new ideas, writing code, reading research papers, deep diving into model architectures and are always exploring new tools, frameworks and APIs
• You have a strong knowledge of the fundamentals of statistics, probability, mathematical modelling and computational thinking
• You have a deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and optimisation
• You have strong Python including libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain and OpenAI / Anthropic APIs
• You're degree educated in a relevant discipline, ideally have studied to MSc or PhD level (although not essential)
