Application Support Engineer (2nd line Support SQL REST API) WFH to £45k
Opportunity to progress your career at a pioneering digital challenger bank. As an Application Support Engineer you will join a newly established 2nd line Application Support team within the existing Service Delivery function for a key Open Banking product with a focus on API services.
You'll collaborate with the team to ensure incidents and problem resolutions are prioritised effectively and delivered within the SLA; provide technical support to partners integrating with the services; identify process improvements and implement them and assist with deployment of changes and testing the live environment.
There's flexibility to work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the Liverpool office once a month.
