Business Analyst - Digital Bank

Business Analyst *Malta / Hybrid* to €35k

Are you a tech savvy Business Analyst?

You could be progressing your career at a growing Digital Bank that is striving to be the number one bank in Malta for digital, user-friendly products.

As a Business Analyst you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand and define requirements and collaborate with software engineering teams to ensure these requirements are understood and delivered. You'll analyse, design and define technological solutions and system changes creating effective technical documentation, tracking priorities and participating as part of an Agile Scrum team on various projects and tasks including deployments on test environments.

This is an impactful role where you'll communicate across teams and with various stakeholders.

Location / WFH:

You'll join a small, friendly team in Malta (Birkirkara) with flexibility to work from home three days a week.

Requirements:

• You're a tech savvy Business Analyst but could have a background in Software Engineering, Systems Analysis or Project Management
• You're a skilled communicator, with strong requirements and analysis skills
• You have a good understanding of the full software development lifecycle, ideally also have experience within a C# .Net environment with CI/CD
• You have strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills with Agile team experience
• You have fluent English language skills
