Cloud Architect (GCP) Bracknell / WFH to £100k

Do you have expertise with GCP? You could be progressing your career in a senior role at a growing UK tech consultancy that specialise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) cloud based solutions for a variety of big name clients and have just been voted in The Times Top 10 places to work.

As a Cloud Architect you will work directly with clients with a focus on understanding requirements and translating them into PoCs, delivery plans, IaC and automation. Taking ownership of a variety of cloud migrations for a mixture of enterprise and SME clients you'll design solutions that balance best practice, performance, cost and security to deliver best in class systems. You'll write, test and deploy Terraform modules and CI/CD pipelines to implement and deploy your designs, working alongside the technical team and providing subject matter expertise.

WFH Policy:

You'll join colleagues in the Bracknell office or at Google's London offices in a hybrid model around once a week and will also occasionally go to client sites in London / the South East for face to face meetings with flexibility to work from home a lot of the time.

Requirements:

• You have a strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• You have experience of design and implementation of automation with Terraform for Infrastructure and Code (IaC)
• You have exposure to a broad range of services including a mixture of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, containers / microservices, security and serverless platforms
• You're collaborative and have great communication skills, you're happy to work directly with clients or potential clients to demonstrate the product and design solutions as well as with various technical teams to communicate designs and pass on knowledge
