Customer Success Manager London / WFH to £45k

As a Customer Success Manager you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring exceptional service delivery, directly contributing to the company's success and growth.
You'll develop a strong understanding of the client's business objectives, challenges and expectations of the product, ensuring client satisfaction by communicating effectively, providing training and proactively addressing any issues or concerns. You'll track success, engagement and satisfaction metrics, collaborating with internal teams including sales, marketing and product development to incorporate client feedback and seek continuous improvement in processes and ways of working to ensure world class delivery.
The role offers quick progression to a more senior position.
Location / WFH:
There's a hybrid work from home policy with three days in the London office per week.
