Engineering Manager (AWS) Krakow / WFH to 30,000 PLN

As an Engineering Manager you will head up a small, talented team working on new product innovations to open up trading capabilities to a wider audience, enabling people to trade on the go. There are many technical challenges to tackle, you'll oversee and lead the development of AWS gateways, underlying services and manage the integrations with third parties.

You'll be responsible for delivering the product roadmap in collaboration with Product Management, leading and ensuring high quality coding standards and best practices and managing and coaching the team's performance.

Location / WFH:

You'll join a friendly, diverse and professional team based in Krakow, with flexibility to work from home two days a week.

About you:

• You have experience of managing and providing technical leadership to small, high performing teams
• You have a strong knowledge of AWS including serverless architecture, AWS Lambda and an understanding of APIs, Gateways, RESTful services
• You have a software development background and have used JavaScript / TypeScript, Java, C# or other programming language
• You have an indepth knowledge of software engineering best practices and tools such as Pair Programming, TDD, CI/CD
• You have fluent English language communication skills
• You're likely to be degree educated in Computer Science
