Your Role:

As an Engineering Manager, you will head up a fantastic team of 8 iOS and Android developers, coaching and developing them and creating a culture of craftmanship and quality. As this is a hands-off role, you will focus on architecture and strategy, exploring new ways to deliver and improve the app development lifecycle, alongside people management duties including driving best practice, coaching and mentoring, providing regular 1-2-1s, and overseeing team hiring and career development opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for you to take on an impactful role where you can continue to grow and develop a successful mobile development team around you.

WFH Policy / Office:

The company is based in London however, you can work remotely 3 days a week.

Requirements:

• You have experience working on consumer focussed, high traffic native mobile applications
• You are already an engineering / development team lead or manager
• You have a solid understanding of the tech stack - Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android
• You have excellent people skills - mentoring, coaching, feedback, and drive positive cultures are just some of the things you excel at
• You have strong communication and collaboration skills
