EUC Engineer (Microsoft Intune) Accrington to £55k

Are you a Microsoft Intune specialist looking for an opportunity to progress your career?

You could be joining a scaling UK tech consultancy as a key part of the managed services team.

As an EUC Engineer you will focus on enabling clients to work securely and productively from anywhere, this is a hands-on technical role with various responsibilities including troubleshooting complex endpoint issues, managing device lifecycles via Microsoft Intune and supporting modern collaboration platforms. You'll be the go-to person for endpoint management, ensuring that client devices are compliant, secure and configured to best practices in a dynamic, multi-client MSP environment.

Location / WFH:

You can work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the Accrington office twice a week, please note there will also be occasional trips to visit clients in London and the office is likely to move to Preston in the coming months.

You'll be working on a shift based rota including overnight, with changing requirements due to demand.

About you:

• You have experience in a similar EUC, Desktop support, service desk role
• You have strong experience with Microsoft Intune including device enrolment and lifecycle management for Windows, iOS and Android
• You have experience of creating and deploying device configuration management and compliance policies
• You have experience with Application packaging (Win32) and deployment and Windows Autopilot for zero-touch device provisioning
• You're collaborative and pragmatic with great communication and customer service skills
• You have SC Clearance (or have the ability to achieve it - i.e. you must be a British citizen with the past 5 years continually based in the UK, due to the nature of some public sector clients
