Graduate Data Scientist (Python SQL Mathematics) Madrid / WFH to €65,000

Are you a bright, ambitious Data Scientist with Python and SQL skills seeking an opportunity to work on complex, Greenfield systems using the latest tech, whilst continually learning and improving?

You could be progressing your career at a hugely successful European car insurance tech company as they expand their European presence.

As a Graduate Data Scientist you will join the Global Portfolio Management team with a focus on data modelling and predictive analysis to provide solutions that meet business needs such as pricing and underwriting strategies that are rolled pout across several global locations. You'll be collaboratively problem solving as part of a supportive Agile team, reporting to the Head of Pricing.

Location / WFH:

The company is a big advocate of flexible working and prides itself on DEI; you can work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the Madrid office four times a month (this could be one day or week or four days in one week, variations thereof, you must be within a two hour commute).

About you:

• You have studied at a top 10 university in Spain (or top 200 globally) and have achieved 9.0 and above in Bachillerato and 7.0 and above in University - Computer Science or Mathematics preferred, you must have studied to Master's / MSc level
• You have data modelling and predictive analysis skills
• You have Python and SQL programming skills
• You have strong analysis and problem solving abilities
• You're collaborative, motivated and keen to learn
• You have fluent English language skills
