Head of Product Design (B2C eCommerce) Amsterdam / WFH to €130,000

Do you have experience of leading design teams in eCommerce environments?

You could be progressing your career in an impactful role at a hugely successful European eCommerce with a customer base of over 7 million.

As Head of Product Design you'll manage a team of six designers, responsible for the look and feel of a suite of products across web and mobile. You'll coach and mentor the team, setting best practices and ensuring a creative culture of innovation.

Collaborating with the Head of Product and Head UX Researcher you'll contribute to product strategy in an impactful role.

Location / WFH:

You'll join the team in the Amsterdam office, collaborating as part of a diverse, international team with flexibility to work from home three days a week.

About you:

• You have experience of leading a design team, driving best practices, coaching and mentoring
• You have experience within a large scale B2C eCommerce environment
• You have a strong design background, both on web and mobile devices
• You have advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable collaborating with c-suite and leading design strategy
