Opportunity for an Implementation Manager with a comprehensive technical understanding to join a rapidly growing SaaS business. The company automates the sales process for a range of enterprise clients to optimise and speed up their transactions, whilst ensuring a superior customer experience is always delivered.

Your role:
As an Implementation Manager, you'll work closely with clients and the technical team who optimise the automation sales systems. You'll be taking ownership of multiple, large strategic projects which will include, on-boarding clients and connecting them with the technical team, recommending strategies to meet customer business requirements, developing detailed project plans, and ensuring systems are running smoothly. You will be responsible for the overall success of onboarding projects of various sizes including SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise, and will be involved in requirements-gathering, comprehensive onboarding, and troubleshooting any technical issues that are identified along the way.

Based in London, you'll join a talented and collaborative team of professionals. You will be able to work from home up to 2 days per week.
