IT Manager (Microsoft ISMS) London / WFH to £40k

Opportunity to progress your career, taking ownership of the IT infrastructure for a charity that enables waste food distribution across the UK to those in need.

As the IT Manager you will own and evolve a secure, scalable M365, Entra ID and Intune environment. You'll lead endpoint and cloud configuration, ensuring strong security, seamless user experience and alignment with data protection and ISMS requirements.

What You'll Do

• Manage Entra ID (access, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO)
• Own Intune (device compliance, Autopilot, security baselines)
• Enhance security across Defender, DLP, Exchange, SharePoint & OneDrive
• Support Azure integrations and SSO across key platforms
• Contribute to merger activities (tenant alignment, migrations, app rationalisation)
• Provide technical support, documentation and support audits / DR

About You

• You have strong experience across Microsoft Windows, M365, Entra ID, Intune and Azure
• You have a solid understanding of identity, endpoint security and cloud environments
• You have strong technical support experience
• You're proactive, hands-on and collaborative with great communication skills
