Lead Sales Executive / Business Development (Insurance SaaS) New York / WFH to $140k + OTE

As the Lead Sales Executive you will manage (and grow) a team of six Senior Account Executives whilst remaining hands-on as a "player / coach", assigning territories and products. You will be responsible for executing the North America technology sales strategy, identifying and sourcing new prospects and untapped relationships within current clients in the US and Canada to build a pipeline, actively managing the entire sales cycle through to deal closure. You'll pitch to c-suite level technology leaders as well as business and IT executives at smaller enterprises (SMEs), building an understanding of the prospects business context and potential pain points.
This is a senior, impactful role where you'll collaborate with Sales Support and Marketing specialists, and lead roadshows and sales campaigns in conjunction with sales partners, CRM and regional / global leaders.
Location / WFH:
You'll join the team in the New York office in a hybrid model with 2-3 days in the office and flexibility to work from home (you may also need to travel to client sites to meet prospects in person).
