Lead Technical Account Manager (Scaled Agile SAFe) *Remote / Leeds WFH*. Do you have experience of managing enterprise scale clients on digital products? You could be progressing your career in a senior, impactful role at a long established Digital Agency that works with a number of large, well known brands.
As a Lead Technical Account Manager will manage a portfolio of large, complex accounts and guide them through their digital transformation; typically multi-vendor environments forming large engineering teams using Scaled Agile as the delivery model. You'll be responsible for lean delivery, team performance, revenue and profitability.
Typically you'll be managing stakeholders across the c-suite, architects, portfolio / service owners, senior product managers and designers to ensure that clients regard the business as a key partner in solving their business challenges. You will also provide line management and mentoring to a around ten Technical Account Leads with their own reports.
Following a remote interview and onboarding process you will work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the Leeds office around twice a month.
