Media Software Support Engineer (Cinema 4D) London to £55k

Do you have experience of supporting Cinema 4D Animation and Modelling software?

You could be progressing your career as a Media Software Support Engineer / Technician at a really cool media technology company that product large scale graphics and video content used by huge global stars at live concerts and venues across the globe e.g. Adele, U2 and the 360 Sphere in Las Vegas.

As a Media Software Support Engineer you will collaborate with the Technical Manager to ensure that all projects operate efficiently from a technology standpoint.

Responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining DCC (Digital Content Creation) software and licensing on all workstations and render nodes
• Troubleshooting and maintaining the render farm
• Managing technical deliveries for major projects
• Collaborating with the creative team to ensure all technical needs are met
• Ensuring render outputs meet technical specification
• Anticipate pitfalls for upcoming and ongoing projects

You'll join a small team with opportunities to get involved in multiple areas, with continual learning opportunities and the capability to shape your role.

Location:

You'll join a friendly and creative team, based in the London Bridge office on a fulltime basis with working hours of 1000-1900 Monday to Friday.

Please note you may occasionally need to travel to set up hardware at international sites / shows.

About you:

• You have experience in a similar Media Technical Support role
• You have experience within a media, creative environment at a scaling or SME company
• You have experience with Cinema 4D ideally, will also consider Redshift, Thinkbox, Deadline and Adobe Suite
• You're an independent problem solver, able to manage multiple projects and provide effective solutions to complex technical problems
• You're collaborative with great communication and stakeholder management skills
