Your Role:

Your focus in this Performance Analyst role will be to develop performance measurement frameworks, and analyse the business performance against these, using insight to drive business improvements. The data team are driven towards becoming more Agile and are in the process of migrating a vast amount of data from spreadsheets onto an AWS warehouse using Redshift, making it much easier for you to manage performance analytics and gain valuable business insights!

The Team:

Although there are Data Analyst's across the business, you will be the first dedicated Performance Analyst for the Operations team. You will be working closely with the operations board as well as key stakeholders, providing them with a consolidated reporting suite that gives a clear breakdown of what is happening across the business and any recommended changes or improvements.

Office & WFH Policy:

The company is based in London however, you will be able to work from home 3 - 4 days upon passing probation. Flexibility is important as you will occasionally be required in more days for meetings or specific projects.

Requirements:

  • You have extensive experience of managing performance analytics for large commercial companies
  • You have strong SQL and Tableau skills
  • You ideally have had some experience with Python (not essential, you'll learn on the job!)
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • You can build strong relationships and can adapt to engage with different leadership and management styles
