Platform Engineer (Kubernetes Cloud) Budapest to 1.7 million HUF per month

UK based FinTech whose SaaS platform is revolutionising digital banking, is seeking a cloud technologist.

As a Platform Engineer you will join a collaborative team which provides the foundation for the core runtime environment, you'll be working with a modern tech stack using the best tool for the job. There's a range of work from Greenfield projects through to optimisation and improvement of current systems within an iterative development environment with interesting challenges.

You'll be collaborating with colleagues in Hungary and the UK to problem solve and deliver innovative solutions.

Location / WFH:

You can work from home from most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in Budapest once a month.

About you:

• You have strong Kubernetes experience including Helm and Kubernetes Operators
• You can code with Golang or Python
• You have experience of working on scaled production systems and services
• You have a strong appreciation of software engineering best practices
• You have experience with other technology in the stack e.g. ArgoCD, Docker, Terraform, AWS, GCP, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, Jenkins, SonarQube
• You enjoy problem solving and collaborating and have fluent English language skills
• You are university educated
