Product Director Amsterdam / WFH to €180,000

Are you a tech savvy Product specialist with strong management and leadership skills?

You could be progressing your career in an impactful role at a hugely successful European eCommerce with a customer base of over 7 million.

As a Product Director you will be instrumental in the company's new five year strategy, leading the vision and product strategy across teams to realise the goal of a best in class customer platform that enables scalability and growth and reduces costs and time to deliver strategic capabilities.

You'll focus on defining the Platform vision and strategy, in line with longer term company objectives, breaking it down to one year and three plans using data driven insights which you'll be responsible for gaining, applying and sharing a deep understanding of user behaviour and needs into actionable insights.

As a Product Director you will manage and oversee a team of six-seven Product Managers, providing guidance and direction and keeping the bar high on performance and culture. You'll also collaborate with the Chief Architect and senior business stakeholders in an impactful role.

Location / WFH:

You'll join the team in the Amsterdam office, collaborating as part of a diverse, international team with flexibility to work from home two days a week.

About you:

• You have significant Product Management leadership experience (including hiring, mentoring and coaching)
• You have an advanced Platform experience within an eCommerce or digital product environment
• You are tech savvy and have experience of working with software engineering leads
• You have advanced experience of developing product vision and roadmaps
• You have expertise in facilitating the Technical Discovery process
• You have strong business acumen and commercial awareness
• You have fluent English language skills
