Product Manager (Hardware) County Durham

Do you have experience of developing product strategy and launching products within the Hardware / Manufacturing space? You could be progressing your career at a global tech company that produce cutting nuclear detection devices used by security and defence organisations.

As a Product Manager you'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and exceed customer requirements in collaboration with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities will encompass product planning, including the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, feature prioritisation and release plans in partnership with engineers and designers; leading the teams to develop and launch new products via requirements definition, user stories and acceptance criteria; coordinating product launches and helping to define go-to-market strategies and communications - you'll also help to track customer feedback and continually identify areas for improvement.

Location:

You'll join a friendly, upbeat team in County Durham on a full time basis (Monday to Friday), with free parking available.

About you:

• You are degree educated in Business, Engineering or other relevant discipline
• You have experience as a Product Manager within a technology / hardware / manufacturing type environment
• You have experience with product management tools and software and a good knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques
• You have strong analysis and problem skills, combined with first class organisational skills
• You're a skilled communicator, able to manage and influence stakeholders and cross functional teams
