Quantitative Developer (Python C++) London / WFH to £175k+

Opportunity for a highly talented Quantitative Developer with Python expertise to progress your career in an impactful role at a global HFT firm with significant bonus earning potential.

As a Quantitative Developer you will design and develop new software components for both live trading and research environments that scale effectively. Responsibilities will encompass designing and extending data intensive ETL pipelines, profiling and optimising the hot paths of the codebase for performance, building and maintaining Continuous Integration pipelines and enhancing the systems stability and observability via monitoring and alerting.

Location / WFH:

You'll join colleagues in the London office three days a week with flexibility to work from home the other two days, when in the office you can enjoy a range of first class facilities.

About you:

  • You have achieved a 2.1 or above at BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics
  • You have expert level Python skills and can also read and understand C++ code
  • You have experience with Python data libraries e.g. NumPy, Pandas
  • You have strong analysis and problem solving abilities
  • You're collaborative with great communication skills
