Sales Development Representative (Tech Recruitment) London to £29k+

Your day to day as a Sales Development Representative:

So, we're not going lie to you - this role requires a lot of calling!! But there's very little cold calling; you'll be provided with market information from a team of experienced consultants providing you with the best chance to engage with actively hiring tech firms. Our significant track record of over 6000+ placements over the past 25 years will mean you get the opportunity to build relationships with contacts that already know us.

The UK has one of the biggest tech markets in the globe so there's plenty of opportunity; you'll have dual screens and a first class phone system with onscreen dialling to make you as efficient as possible.

As a Sales Development Representative you'll receive training and mentoring on the intricacies of the technology market and how best to manage sales conversations, you'll be fully supported by experts in their field that can share insight, experience and market intel with the client to ensure they are a good fit for us, and we fully understand their requirements.

What we are looking for:

• You have commercial sales or business development experience
• You're committed and motivated to learn and succeed
• You are competitive and resilient
• You are a confident self-assured communicator
• Experience or an understanding of the recruitment industry is beneficial but not essential
