Your role:

As a Senior C++ Software Engineer you'll take ownership of delivering high-quality solutions from concept to implementation. You'll translate user requirements into robust designs, break down complex work into manageable tasks and deliver new features and enhancements.

You'll play a key role within a small, Agile team, leading code reviews, driving best practices and mentoring junior engineers to support their development.

Location / WFH:

You'll join colleagues in the London office three days a week with flexibility to work from home the other two days.

About you:

• You have experience working in a financial services or trading environment
• You have strong C++ development experience on Linux or UNIX, C++14 and above
• You have good SQL skills
• You're a passionate technologist who is motivated by working on cutting-edge systems and engineering complex solutions
• You're a positive, proactive team member who excels when working collaboratively and is happy to mentor others and provide some technical leadership
• You have a strong knowledge of software engineering best practices
• You're degree educated, having achieved a 2.1 or above in a STEM discipline
