Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS Kubernetes IaC) Malta

Are you an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong AWS knowledge?

You could be progressing your career at one of Malta's leading telecommunications providers.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer you'll be instrumental in a new IoT area of the business, working on game changing projects in global connectivity. You'll provide AWS expertise, developing and optimising AWS cloud infrastructure to support scalable IoT solutions, design and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth, automated software deployment to the cloud. Other responsibilities will include monitoring, troubleshooting and improving system performance, reliability and disaster recovery, implementing security and compliance through introduction of best practices and proactive risk management.

Location / WFH:

You'll join a collaborative, upbeat team based in Birkirkara, Malta with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week.

About you:

• You have strong AWS knowledge and experience
• You have experience with Kubernetes for Containerisation
• You have strong experience in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab and ArgoCD
• You have a good understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in terraform, CloudFormation or Ansible
• You can script with Python, bash or similar
• You have experience with monitoring and security tools such as Prometheus, Zabbix, Grafana
• You have fluent English language skills
