Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure IaC SaaS) Reigate / WFH to £80k

You could be joining a long established global FinTech with a reputation for technical innovation and excellence in a product innovation team operating as a start-up within the wider organisation.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer you'll partner with the DevOps Lead and wider tech community to help design and implement scalable, secure, resilient and performant pipelines and infrastructure as well as design and implementation of automated IaC tests.

You'll be working in a culture of technical excellence, debugging tooling and infrastructure issues and performance bottlenecks and keeping up to date with industry trends and emerging technology.

Location / WFH:

There's a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home most of the time, visiting the Reigate office twice a week for team meet-ups and stakeholder meetings.

About you:

• You have experience in a similar DevOps Engineer role within an Azure environment
• You have a good understanding of IaC principles and tools such as Terraform and Pulumi
• You have experience of building and improving CI/CD pipelines for product teams
• You have experience with cloud observability (logging, tracing, metrics, monitoring and alerting)
• You have experience with Containerisation - Azure Container Apps preferred
• You have strong scripting skills with PowerShell and / or C# .Net coding
• You enjoy collaboratively problem solving to provide simple solutions to complex problems
• You're comfortable in a senior role providing some mentoring
