Senior Helpdesk Engineer London / WFH to £55k

Do you have a strong knowledge of Apple technology (Apple MacOS Workspace G-Suite iOS)? You could be progressing your career in a senior role with leadership responsibilities at a fast growing tech company. The core product is a highly complex data centric platform that enables industry leaders to network, search and share knowledge and market insights.

As a Senior Helpdesk Engineer you will collaborate closely with the Team Lead to help manage a small team, providing mentoring and acting as the escalation point for complex support issues. You'll remain hands-on and also take ownership of project based work including new technology roll-outs, office relocations, expansions and home office / remote locations whilst setting an example of good practice.

You'll join the team in the London, City office, initially fulltime but in time with have flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week.


  • You have experience of supporting users in a helpdesk / Support Engineer role within a large scale corporate environment
  • You have a deep understanding of Apple hardware, MacOS, iOS
  • You have a good understanding of networking fundamentals, ideally with experience of Cisco Meraki stack
  • You have a good knowledge of G-Suite / Google Workspace administration
  • You're collaborative and pragmatic with excellent communication / customer service skills, happy to provide mentoring and team leadership
