Senior Implementation Engineer (MSP AI) Remote to £85k

You could be progressing your career in an impactful role at a scaling tech group that is bringing IT MSPs into a single high-performing platform, giving every client access to enterprise-grade IT, security and AI capabilities.
As a Senior Implementation Engineer you will act as the internal technical lead to take a pre-defined platform stack from strategy to production and scale; the architecture and tooling decisions are already in place. Your role will focus on execution: building a unified, automated platform that connects and operationalises core systems and enables repeatable onboarding of acquired MSPs.
This is a hands-on role with significant autonomy. You will act as the internal authority on the platform, responsible for how it is built, documented and extended as the group grows, working closely with the Operations Director and CTO.
Location / WFH:
You'll primarily be working remotely but will sometimes need to go to client sites (mainly midlands based but across the UK) or meet with colleagues in the London office, all expenses paid.
