Senior Integration Engineer (MSP AI) Remote to £85k

As a Senior Integration Engineer you will act as the internal technical lead to take a pre-defined platform stack from strategy to production and scale; the architecture and tooling decisions are already in place. Your role will focus on execution: building a unified, automated platform that connects and operationalises core systems and enables repeatable onboarding of acquired MSPs.

You will own the implementation of the full stack; HaloPSA, NinjaOne RMM, HubSpot, 3CX, Microsoft 365, and Sage Intacct, building the integrations, automations and operational frameworks that make them function as a single cohesive platform.

This is a hands-on role with significant autonomy. You will act as the internal authority on the platform, responsible for how it is built, documented and extended as the group grows, working closely with the Operations Director and supported by a fractional CTO for advisory and escalation.

Location / WFH:

You'll primarily be working remotely but will sometimes need to go to client sites (mainly midlands based but across the UK) or meet with colleagues in the London office, all expenses paid.

About you:

• You have strong hands-on experience of building API integrations and platform implementation delivery
• You have Greenfield implementation experience with at least two of the following: HaloPSA, HubSpot, Sage Intacct, NinjaOne RMM, 3CX, Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Graph API
• You have strong JavaScript and / or Python for integration scripting, automation logic and API interaction
• You have REST API design and delivery experience: Webhooks, OAuth, JSON data transformation, event-driven architecture
• You have cross platform data mapping and technical documentation skills
• You use AI in your everyday workflow
• You're comfortable operating autonomously while working within a management structure for escalation, alignment and peer review
• You have advanced communication and stakeholder management skills
