Senior Product Manager (AI SaaS) Madrid / WFH to €120,000

Do you have a strong understanding of AI products, LLMs, RAG and prompt engineering?

You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on role at a successful and growing holiday rentals platform as they scale, with over 50,000 users and recent funding of over $350 million.

As a Senior Product Manager you will lead the strategy and roadmap for AI platform capabilities that will power the next generation of products across the business. Working at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Data and Design, you will identify high impact AI opportunities, define shared platform capabilities and ensure teams can rapidly and safely build AI powered solutions at scale.

This is a highly influential role requiring a blend of product leadership, technical curiosity and commercial thinking. You will drive discovery across customers and stakeholders, prioritise investments based on value, feasibility and scalability and establish the standards, tooling and frameworks that enable successful adoption of AI technologies.

As a recognised AI product leader, you will guide product teams on effective AI use cases, helping translate emerging technologies into practical, measurable outcomes that deliver meaningful customer and business value.

Location / WFH:

You can work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the Madrid office 1-2 days a week.

About you:

• You have strong Product Management experience within in B2B SaaS environments
• You have a strong understanding of AI products, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, agents, model trade-offs, evaluation, cost, reliability and latency.
• You're skilled at translating customer and stakeholder needs into reusable AI capabilities that other teams can build on, while remaining strongly focused on end customer value rather than purely technical platform work
• You're collaborative and pragmatic with fluent English language skills
